That’s right. Stress can be your new best friend. You can go shopping with stress, you can have movie date nights with stress, in fact, you can even bring stress to work or school! Puzzling, isn’t it? What was viewed as something that can physiologically harm you and cause a variety of diseases can now be with you everywhere you go, any time of day. And the best thing about it is that you don’t have to worry about stress being linked to causing diseases such as cancer, heart diseases, among many others. And some of us have even made a living out of helping people get rid of stress in their lives. That’s how serious stress has been viewed, a threat.
