A medical condition in which a woman’s hormones are out of balance is known as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It is another medical condition in woman other than endometriosis, which causes problems with the menstrual periods resulting in difficulty to get pregnant. Most women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) get small cysts on their ovaries. These cysts lead to hormonal imbalances. If it is not treated in the initial stages it might cause severe heath problems in woman like diabetes and heart diseases. Polycystic ovary syndrome may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. It cannot be cured but controlled and controlling it lowers the risk of miscarriages, infertility, diabetes, heart diseases and uterine cancer.
